About

JN
Jacob Nozaki

Strategy and advisory work at the intersection of public policy, nonprofits, and technology.

I work at Social Finance, a nonprofit and registered investment advisor, supporting the Impact Advisory and public sector practice. My project work spans health, workforce development, benefits, and education, typically partnering with state agencies and federal programs to design, deliver, and measure ambitious initiatives.

Additionally, I help lead our internal AI work (policy, training, and tool development) and shape how we bring AI into client-facing projects. I'm drawn to ambiguity, take pride in doing the work well, and try to leave systems more supportive and accessible for the people who rely on them. Always happy to talk policy, technology, or anything else.
